Reservation is guarantee with a credit card. Please note no charges will be made until surfboard is delivered.


Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made 4 days prior to delivery date to avoid a cancellation charge of $30.


Quality Assurance Guaranteed:

All Stars Surfboard Rentals, our boards are guarantee to be in newly or barely used conditions, that mean no buckles, no major dings,and white. We continuously replace the more frequently used boards with newly or barely used surfboards that gives our customers the feeling of a fresh, responsive , new surfboard feel with every rental. This is a guarantee to our customers.


Customer Satisfication Guarantee:

If our customers are unsatisfy at the time of delivery. All Stars will exchange for another choice. Or simply fill in the second choice of surfboards at the time of reservation, we will do our best to bring 2nd choice with us or one closest to it.


Drop off & Pick up policy:

Will call 30 minutes before drop off and pick-up. Drop-off and Pick up time 8- 4pm daily. please allow 15 minutes + - grace period. Please call 1 hr ahead to re-schduel drop off or pick up time if unable to meet.
